Thomas Baudlot

Thomas Baudlot is CEO of ENGIE South East Asia, a division of ENGIE Group, a global reference in low-carbon energy and services committed to accelerating the transition towards a carbon-neutral world.
Overseeing all business activities across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with additional scope covering all Energy Solutions initiatives in the broader region, he heads a team of 3,000 employees.
After joining ENGIE in 2006, Thomas relocated from Paris to Singapore in 2015, to take up the role of CFO for ENGIE South East Asia. As CFO, he fueled the company’s growth through acquisitions and strategic partnerships, playing a key role in elevating ENGIE’s regional end-to-end value proposition for low-carbon energy solutions.
Notably, Thomas also has served as President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore since 2021 and sits on its Board of Directors.
