Sarah Winbur
Senior Portfolio Manager Real Estate, APG Asset Management
Sarah Winbur is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Real Estate at APG Asset Management Asia. She joined APG in Hong Kong in 2018 and relocated to Singapore in January 2023 to help establish APG’s new office, focusing on South and Southeast Asia.
Sarah is responsible for executing investment and asset-management strategies across the Asia-Pacific region, covering all major markets. She has an extensive investment track record within Real Estate, spanning mainstream sectors (office, residential, and retail) and alternative sectors (such as datacenters and private debt).
With over 12 years of experience in the real estate and funds management industry, Sarah previously worked with Savills Investment Management in both Hong Kong and London, where she managed asset and portfolio management. Sarah holds a Master’s in Real Estate, Economics & Finance (with Distinction) and a First Class Honours degree from the University of Durham. Additionally, she is a Chartered Surveyor.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah is an advocate for diversity in Real Estate. She actively mentors young professionals entering the field and participates in industry initiatives, roundtables and speaking engagements.
