Maarten Schäffner

Mr Schaffner is working as a senior project manager and consultant sustainable development. He is specialised in managing big energy and sustainable development projects. His specializations are Cradle to Cradle® consultant, circular economy expert, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and BREEAM assessor (national and international) and Duurzaam GWW (Dutch sustainability tool for infrastructural projects). He is specialised in the implementation of sustainability in infrastructural projects and regional development programs. He finished trainings in Hamburg (Cradle to Cradle consultant at EPEA), London (BREEAM Assessor Communities) and in the Netherlands (BREEAM expert training at the Dutch Green Building Council). Furthermore he is consulting the board of directors of Witteveen+Bos with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility. He finished his bachelor in Civil Engineering at the University of Utrecht (Bsc) and completed a Master's degree in 'Construction Management and Engineering' at Technical University of Eindhoven (MSc).
