Dr Gao Xin
Head of Innovation Hub, Grundfos Asia
Dr. GAO Xin is the Head of InnovationHub, Grundfos Asia. In this role he leads the Water Innovation for Grundfos in the region. The Innovation Hub focuses on collaborating with partners and customers, developing and incubating innovative solutions for pertinent industrial water and energy challenges in Asia. Prior to being in current position, Dr. Gao has held various leadership and technical positions on R&D, partnership management, venture investment, business development and innovation management in GE, Siemens and Grundfos.
Dr. Gao is a veteran in Water and CleanTech fields. He is experienced in managing different-scale technology/ business development project and in driving ‘Technology-to Business incubation and acceleration.
Dr. Gao is a ManagementCommittee Member of Disinfection SG in International Water Association. He is also an Industry Advisory Board Member of Singapore National Membrane Consortium. Dr. Gao was appointed as mentor in both NUS Enterprise and NTUitive for entrepreneurship programs. He also serves as reviewer or committee member in various internal water conventions.
