Deputy Executive Director, Infrastructure Asia
Devin is the Deputy Executive Director at Infrastructure Asia, a project facilitation office set up by Enterprise Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore to support Asia’s social and economic growth through infrastructure development.
He has over 20 years of experience in project development, funds management, consultancy and advisory, with a strong focus on infrastructure, real estate and investment.
Devin currently oversees the market coverage teams to originate infrastructure projects and uncover opportunities in Asia (e.g. Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, India and Bangladesh). He is responsible for facilitating collaborations between regional infrastructure projects and the infrastructure ecosystem in Singapore.
Devin works closely with both the public and private sectors, including developers, operators, technology providers, debt and equity funders, professional services, and other supporting services to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and efficiently with the right resources and expertise
